Your Rights

Products purchased at Oriental Home © come with a 14 day return guarantee. We know on occasions you may want to return items for various reasons. It is our goal to provide our customer 100% satisfaction. That is why with our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. To cancel your purchases please email our returns department at email returns@oriental-home.co.uk quoting your details including which item you wish to cancel. We will issue you form and a returns number which needs to be visible on the returned item. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible. Please note that returns will only be accepted by post unless we have permitted for your item to be returned in person. 

The customer is responsible for returning the item as well as any associated costs. To ensure that the item is delivered we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. In the event that we deliver the wrong item Oriental Home © will pay the costs to return the item.

Faulty & Damaged Goods

If you received a faulty or damaged item please contact our returns department at returns@oriental-home.co.uk , we will deal with any problems and send out a replacement as quickly as possible. Please note this is subject to our stock availability.

Item Damaged during Transit

If you take delivery of a Oriental Home © item and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt for exchange. Please email us at returns@oriental-home.co.uk an email will be returned to the email address provided containing details of how to return your item(s). We will issue you form and a returns number which needs to be visible on the returned item. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Goods

If you received the incorrect item, please email us at returns@oriental-home.co.uk an email will be returned to the email address provided containing details of how to return your item(s). We will issue you form and a returns number which needs to be visible on the returned item. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible. Any postage costs you incur in returning the item will be refunded by us.

Unwanted Gift

If for any reason you do not require your product(s) you may return it to us for a replacement product(s) or a refund. We will only refund or replace products that are in perfect condition and are approved for refund or replacement by our returns department. Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Any approved refunds will be minus P+P costs.
